Availability & Prices

Rentals in the high season (July + August): only per week from Saturday (4:00 pm) to Saturday (11:00 am): 1380 euros/week

Rentals outside the high season (date and time of arrival and departure to be agreed);

* 980 euros/week

* 580 euros/long weekend of 3 nights (Friday to Monday)

* 480 euros/weekend of 2 nights (Friday to Sunday or Saturday to Monday)

* 580 euros/midweek (4 nights from Monday to Friday)

Rental prices for festive periods (Christmas, New Year, Carnival, Easter, Labour Day, Ascension, Pentecost, All Saints' Day): prices and conditions upon request.

Included in the rental price:  parking space in underground garage, consumption of water and electricity, central heating, use of WiFi and swimming pool, end-cleaning of the apartment.

​

Rental prices are based on the principle that you bring your own bed linen (fitted sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases) and towels.

​

Dimensions for the bed linen are as follows:

 

Twin beds in the master bedroom:

Fitted sheets: 180 x 200 cm

Pillowcases: 60 x 70 cm

Duvet cover: 240 x 220 cm

 

Bunk beds in the 2nd bedroom:

Fitted sheets: 90 x 200 cm

Pillowcases: 60 x 70 cm

Duvet cover: 140 x 220 cm

Deposit for confirming reservation: 300 euros

Safety deposit: 200 euros
